When visiting Meadows you are greeted by the aroma of home cooking as our in-house cook prepares a range of dishes to suit the dietary requirements of all our children.
We use seasonal ingredients and local fresh produce, some of which are grown on the local farm and supplied direct to the kitchen within minutes of being harvested.
Both summer and winter rotational menus are approved by our dietician. Older children are involved in the preparation of their meals, younger ones just enjoy eating!
Mealtimes are a great opportunity to promote independence, good manners and acceptable social behaviour.
Our cook holds the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health Advanced Certificate In Food Safety.
